Peter was born in Luleå, in the north of Sweden, on an October day in 1968.
After growing bored with jobs such as electrician, technician, project manager, environmental guide and producer – and having ongoing problems with sinister alarm clocks – he started writing full time in the 90s.
So far, he has written books, essays, articles, copy & content, as well as scripts for stand up comedians, tv-shows, and the stage.
His first book was published in 2005, and he has since published 7 books in Swedish. Many of them are, what he like to call, ”funny books on serious subjects”, written in a humorous and satirical style. So far, he has written about gender roles, masculinity, environmental issues, love and relationships.
He’s also busy writing novels and short stories in the dark fiction genre.
When he’s not writing, he’s taking photos. Watch his photography at Instagram (also at Flickr and the Foto app).
He is very fond of chocolate, animals, beaches, books, comics, guitars, cheese, rum and slow mornings.
He supports WWF, can’t understand sports, is a terrible guitar player and is sometimes mistaken for a distant cousin of the Addams Family.
Peter thinks reality is an ok place but he wouldn’t want to live there, so he lives by his desk instead.
